Shipping and pick up questions

Yes, they just need to bring the confirmation email and number to pick up.

Our shipping radius is currently restricted to the continental United States.

Every U.S. state, except for Hawaii and Alaska.

At this time our only shipping option is to use our shipping provider.

Yes, once you have created a design in Canva, it will be saved in your “Draft Orders”.

Payment

No, payments must be made through our online platform using a credit card at the time of purchase.

Mastercard, Visa, American Express, & Discover are all accepted.

Currently, you must input credit card information to checkout on our platform.

Status of delivery/pickup

Your tracking number can be found in your Order Confirmation email.

Under “My account” there is a “My orders” tab that will provide you with updates on your order.

Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes to your order. Please contact support for further assistance.

How do I manage my account?

Go to the “Personal Information” tab, found by clicking on the icon of a person in the top right corner of the screen.

Click on my account, and addresses, and you will be able to manage your delivery and billing addresses.

Questions about an order

Send an email to ordershelp@alphagraphics.com. We will come back to you in 1 business day. Please provide your order number in the email.

Changes to quantities can be made within the shopping cart. Click on the shopping cart in the top right corner to access your cart.
